Day 1 Arrival New Delhi International Airport
Today to start with your Classical India Khajuraho with Varanasi tour, you will be met from your flight to New Delhi International Airport by Summit Safari's representative and driver, and we will transfer you to your hotel in New Delhi. Rest of the day is free at leisure to relax after the flight.

Day 2 Local sightseeing in Delhi
Today after breakfast we will take you for the private guided tour of Delhi to view some of the famous sights of the old and new parts of the city. Your excursions includes the Birla temple a Hindu religion shrine, Bangla Sahib Gurudawara a famous Sikh religion shrine, a walking tour with your guide in the heart of old Delhi and covering the Chandni Chowk Bazaar with the interesting lanes of Old Delhi. We will also take a walking tour through Khari Baoli – Asia’s largest Spice market in Old Delhi.
You can have lunch in a local restaurant or could taste some local street food. Later we will visit the Gandhi Smriti, also known as the Birla house where –Mahatma Gandhi had lived the last 144 days of his life from 9 September 1947 to 30 January 1948 when he was assassinated in 78th year of life. We’ll also visit the India gate and the Parliament House of India from Outside. Today the part of our tour also includes a bicycle rickshaw ride in old Delhi or a Tuk-Tuk (Three wheeler) ride in New Delhi for you.

Day 3 Delhi to Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and we will drive you to Jaipur ( 280 kms / 5.30 hrs). We will reach Jaipur by afternoon. Check in at your hotel and after lunch in the late afternoon we will take a walking tour of Jaipur city and will visit the palace of winds from outside. If you wish we will take you to visit the famous miniature painting artist in Jaipur. You can also visit handicraft crafts emporium where you can have a free look around the local art, crafts, Carpets, Gems, jewellery etc, as Jaipur is a treasure trove for shoppers.
Jaipur – The Capital of Rajasthan State, also popularly known as the Pink City. The City was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, after whom the city is named. In 1853, when the Prince of Wales visited Jaipur, the whole city was painted pink to welcome him during the regime of Sawai Ram Singh. Today, avenues remain painted in pink, provide a distinctive appearance to the city and providing it, it's English name "The Pink City".
Please Note: Jaipur is a treasure trove for shoppers, shopping is irresistible, a wide range of handicrafts are available in the market, and most of items are produced locally in and around the city. The city is one of the most important centres in the world for cutting and polishing precious and semi precious stones, particularly that of diamonds, topaz and emeralds. Jaipur enjoys a high reputation for the manufacture of Jewellery. It is one of the most active jewel markets of the world. Jaipur brass work is of immaculate quality. Day 4 Local Sightseeing in Jaipur
After breakfast at your hotel 8:30 A.M. we will leave on private guided full day sightseeing in and around the "Pink City" of India- Jaipur. We will visit the Amber fort, being a perfect blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture, this fort attracts travellers from around the globe. Beautifully caparisoned elephants go up and down carrying visitors to and from the fort. These well cladded elephants make a joyride to Amber fort and in turn makes your travel to Amber fort a fascinating experience. As per your interest from the car park you can ride the Elephants to the fort or can choose to drive/ walk uphill to the fort.
On the way back to Jaipur city we will stop at Jal Mahal (the water palace) for a picture. You will have lunch in a local restaurant and after lunch you will visit Jantar - Mantar (Jaipur Astronomical Observatory) the City palace and the Hawa Mahal (The palace of The winds). This evening if you wish we will take you to visit the handicraft crafts emporium where you can have a free look around the local art, crafts etc. By evening return back to your hotel in Jaipur. Second night in the same hotel in Jaipur.

Day 5 Jaipur to Bharatpur – visit Keoladeo Ghana Bird Park
Today morning after breakfast at 08:45 A.M we will drive you to Bharatpur (190 kms/ 4 hrs), famous for Keoladeo Ghana National Park which hosts over three hundred fifty avian species and fifty different mammals
Enroute we will stop at Abhaneri village to visit Chand Baori (a step well) the deepest and largest stepwells of India. It was built by King Chanda of the Nikumbha Dynasty between 800 and 900 AD and was dedicated to Hashat Mata (Goddess of Joy and Happiness) upon completion. 3,500 narrow steps over 13 stories. It extends approximately 30 metres (100 feet) deep, making it one of the deepest and largest stepwells in India. It is one of the oldest and most attractive landmarks in Rajasthan.
Later continue our drive to Bharatpur where on arrival check in to the hotel and in the evening at 4:00 PM we take you on a private guided tour to visit the Keoladeo Ghana National Park in Bharatpur, accompanied by an experienced Naturalist, who have a wide knowledge of this area and the bird Spices. We will ride the Cycle Rickshaw inside the park and will spot various birds by walking also. These diverse habitats are home to 366 bird species, 379 floral species, 50 species of fish, 13 species of snakes, 5 species of lizards, 7 amphibian species, 7 turtle species, and a variety of other invertebrates. Every year thousands of migratory waterfowl visit the park for wintering and breeding. The sanctuary is one of the richest bird areas in the world and is known for nesting of resident birds and visiting migratory birds including water birds.
Return back to the hotel by late evening, overnight stay in a Heritage hotel in Bharatpur.

Day 6 Bharatpur to Agra - visit a local village near Bharatpur
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel at 09:30 AM, and before proceeding to Agra we will take you to visit Bahnera village which is the major highlight of your rural India tour today. Our especially crafted "Bahnera" village walk takes you to experience the warm hospitality of the local villagers by visiting them at their homes. You will visit the primary health centre, a village school, oil mill, village potter, interact with the locals through your English speaking guide and enjoy a cup of chai (milk tea) with them to understand their traditions and customs. In this 2 hrs of a walking tour you will understand the life of the people in the India and will see at first hand the way in which the villagers live. Your local guide will be there with you all the times to translate and to explain their beliefs and their customs, including the role of women in their society, their superstitions, their religion and caste system and the problems that they face, and you will be able to ask questions through him.

Later continue your drive to Agra (50 kms /1.30 hrs). On arrival at Agra check in to the hotel.

It was the main residence of the Emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Before capture by the British, the last Indian rulers to have occupied it were the Marathas. In 1983, the Agra fort has been inscribed as UNESCO World Heritage site. The Red Fort is a great preview to visiting the Taj Mahal in the next morning - the two were built during the same period and have much shared history.
In the evening at 6:00 PM we will take you to Kalakriti Cultural Centre to view the "Mohabbat-the-Taj" a series of play, music and dance, depicting the saga of love. It is based on the true and immortal love story of Emperor Shajahan for Mumtaj Mahal- his beautiful wife, related to the story of Taj Mahal. The show will take you back to the times of the lavish lifestyle of Mughal era. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 7 Agra to Gwalior
Today early morning we will take you on a private guided tour to the epitome of Taj Mahal, for the sunrise view of The Taj, which is one of the most graceful and extravagant monuments of the world.
We will return back to the hotel for breakfast, and after breakfast check out at 10:00 AM and drive to Gwalior (120 kms/ 3 hrs). In the late afternoon we will take you on a private guided tour of the magnificent Gwalior Fort- Referred to as "the pearl amongst fortresses in India" by Mughal emperor Babur, the Gwalior Fort is one of the most impenetrable fortresses located in the on the top of a vast rocky mountain near Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh in central India, this imposing structure dominates the entire city of Gwalior. Overnight stay in Gwalior.

Day 8 Gwalior to Orchha
Today morning after breakfast check out and our driver will drive you to Orchha ( 130 kms / 4 hrs), Enroute we will visit Datia Fort - Datia Palace, also known as Bir Singh Palace or Bir Singh Dev Palace. It is only made out of stone and bricks without any usage of wood or iron. So, the whole 7- storied building stands without any support of a metal or even wood.
We will arrive Orcha by evening with is still a less discovered off -the-beat destination of India. Overnight stay in Orcha 1 night.

Day 9 Visit Orcha and drive to Khajuraho
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and on a private guided tour we take you to explore the historic town of Orchha, nestled on the banks of river Betwa, was founded in the 16th century by the Bundela Rajput Chief, Rudra Pratap. Here, the river Betwa splits into seven channels, also called the Satdhara. Legend goes that this is in honour of the seven erstwhile Chiefs of Orchha.
The ancient town seems frozen in time, with its many monuments continuing to retain their original grandeur even to this day. Here you will find some of the most fascinating temples and palaces that will help you realize a childhood fantasy – travelling back in time!
We will visit Jehangiri Mahal, The Raj Mahal, Ram Raja Temple and the Laxminarayan Temple, Rai Parveen Mahal, The Royal Chhatris at Bank of Betwa River.
Later drive to Khajuraho (190 kms/ 3.30 hrs) and visit the Alipura palace on the way to Khajuraho, where you can even have a lunch. Arrive Khajuraho by evening. On arrival at Khajuraho check into the hotel.

Day 10 Local Sightseeing to Panna Tiger Reserve & Khajuraho Temples
Today early morning take a Game Drive (Jeep Safari) to Panna National Park one of the Tiger reserves In India. Panna National Park A Tiger Reserve In India is home to Tigers, Leopards, Sloth Bears, Crocodiles, Gharials, over 300 species of birds, Deer, and monkeys. We will take a early morning Jeep Safari to view some of the animals. Return back to the hotel by 11:00 AM
Fresh up yourself and later in the afternoon we take you on a private guided tour to visit the world famous Khajuraho temples built by the Chandela kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. Khajuraho has the country's largest group of medieval Hindu and Jain temples, famous for their erotic sculpture that depict some of the finest art in the world. The Khajuraho Group of Monuments has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986 and is considered one of the "seven wonders" of India. The temples consist of stunning displays of fine sculptures and exceptional architectural skills.
The most important are the Chaunset Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple - the only Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath. You will visit the Western and Eastern Group of Temples. Second night in the same hotel in Khajuraho.

Day 11 Fly from Khajuraho to Varanasi
Today morning after breakfast as per your flight schedule we will transfer you to Khajuraho airport from where you will board your flight to Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi airport you will be met by our driver and we will transfer you to the hotel in Varanasi where you will stay for 02 Nights. In the evening we will take you to experience the Evening "Ganges Aarti" ceremony (The Worship of river Ganges) on the Ghats (river banks) of Ganges. Retrun back to the hotel by night. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 12 Local sightseeing in Varanasi
Today early morning 6:00 AM on a private guided tour we will take you for a morning sunrise boat ride on the river Ganges .It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. We will visit all the famous Ghats of Varanasi via boat. Later we will you for the Varanasi heritage walk covering the centuries old parts of the city by foot.
Return back to the hotel and after breakfast we will take you to visit to Sarnath (15 kms), Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are Lord Buddha temple, The Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum.
You can also visit the Annapurna Temple, Lord Hanumana temple etc in Varanasi. Later return back to the hotel and rest of the time is free to relax.
