Today to start with your Kinnaur Kalpa with Sangla Valley and Chitkul Holiday Tour Package , you will be met from your train / flight at Chandigarh by our driver, and we will drive you to Narkanda (180 kms/ 6.30 hrs) via Solan, Shimla. Enroute you will stop for lunch break and comfort breaks and would have enough time to stop for photo breaks. We drive through the beautiful villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, and will arrive Narkanda by late afternoon where we will stay in a lovely home stay overlooking the Apple, apricot and cherry orchard. Evening is free to take a nature walk around the area. Narkanda a tiny hill village offers a relaxing escapade for the people who are looking for a break from their day to day hectic life and seek pleasure in the quaint environment. Overnight in home stay in Narkanda.

Please Note: This day even we can pick you up from New Delhi railway station / airport (380 kms/9 hrs) or Ambala railway station (145 kms/ 5 hrs) which is going to cost extra. You can even travel with an overnight A/C luxury Volvo coach from New Delhi to Shimla to start with your tour Kinnaur Kalpa Sangla Valley and Chitkul Tour and we can arrange those tickets for you. Even there is a possibility to travel from Kalka to Shimla with the Toy train, where on arrival at Shimla railway station our driver will pick you up to start the Kalpa Sangla Chitkul tour package.

After breakfast check out from the home stay at 09:00 A.M and we will drive you to visit the Hattu peak ( 3,400 metres/ 11,154 feet) at Narkanda, from where you can have a spectacular view of the mighty Central Himalayas and the valleys below covered with apple orchards and terrace farms. Here you will also visit the traditionally carved, wooden temple on Hattu Peak. The surrounding area is a great place to make short hikes through nature and the mountains to rediscover yourself.

Later we drive you to Sarahan 2,150 metres / 7,055 feet, (110 kms/ 4.30 hrs) another tiny, little village in the Himalayas. Enroute stop for lunch and arrive Sarahan by late afternoon, where on arrival you will check in to a hotel, offering the splendid views of Shrikhanda Mahadev Peak (5,155 metres). The major attraction in Sarahan is centuries-old Hindu temple of Bhimakali, dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Kali. Steeped in legend, the temple complex is a resplendent example of wooden art and hill architecture. Evening you will visit the famous Bhimakali temple. Sarahan is also the gateway to the famous Kinnaur valley. Overnight in Sarahan for 1 night.

Check out after breakfast to continue on day 3^RD of your Kinnaur Kalpa with Sangla Valley and Chitkul tour package . Today we drive to Baspa Sangla Valley to Rakcham 2,900 metres / 9,515 feet, ( 104 kms / 5.30 hrs) where you will check in to the hotel or there are options to stay in camping Swiss tented Accommodations in Baspa Sangla valley. This you can discuss with us at the time of planning and booking your Kalpa Sangla Chitkul Holiday Tour with us.

You can have your lunch at Tapri and drive further to Sangla where you arrive by late afternoon. On arrival at Sangla we take you to Kamru Village where you will proceed for a hike to Kamru village, with a visit to Kamru fort, Sh. Badri Vishal ji temple and the Buddhist monastery in Kamru. The Kamru fort has a temple dedicated to Goddess Kamakshi and the idol was brought here centuries ago from Guwahati. The Tower like Kamru Fort is the place where many royal chiefs, of Rampur Bushahr were crowned. You will have plenty of opportunity to interact with the local tribal people of these beautiful valleys, and enjoy the local culture and beautiful mountain landscapes. Himachali best Apples come from Kinnaur valley. Later visit Sangla market and village, before we continue our drive to Rakcham (15 kms/ 40 minutes) where we stay 2 nights in a lovely hotel overlooking the mountains and the river.

This Land between Heaven and Earth is Kinnaur and this valley is known as the Baspa Sangla valley, after river Baspa which flows through the valley. Here you will enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the mountains, rivers and nature full of Himalayan cedar trees, fruit orchards, barley fields and picturesque hamlets. Overnight in hotel at Rakcham for 2 nights.

This morning after a leisurely breakfast with grand mountain views, you proceed for a nature walk 1-2 hrs., across the river Baspa to explore Rakcham – A Hidden Jem of Kinnaur Valley. It would not be wrong to say Rakcham – the mini Switzerland of India. The amazing stunning mountain landscapes, shimmering blue water of the Baspa River, the warm sun , the cool winds, the high mountain peaks covered with snow, the peaceful and relaxed environment with the shades of Pine trees are the sufficient incentives for a visitor, visiting this beautiful village. Rakcham village is also getting famous for boulder rock climbing and among one of the Hidden and unexplored –off the beat destinations in Himachal Pradesh.

Later you continue driving to Chitkul 3,450 metres / 11,318 feet ( 10 kms / 30 minutes each way) which is the last Indian Village on the Indo–Tibetan border, in Baspa Sangla Valley. The last Indian village of Chitkul, is like something from a fairy tales with traditional old house overlooking the Himalayan Mountains. You will have plenty of time to walk slowly around the village, to interact with locals and to enjoy the stunning views of the Trans Himalayan landscapes.

Today it is a short driving and a relaxed day to have comfortable walks and sightseeing in Baspa Sangla valley which will refresh you and takes you far away from the crowds and hectic city life.

You can have lunch/ tea at Chitkul and later we will drive you back to Rakcham for the 2^ND night stay at the same hotel.

Another exciting day of your Shimla to Sarahan, Kinnaur, Kalpa, Sangla, Rakcham and Chitkul valley tour where we drive you to Kalpa Village (54 kms/ 2.30 hrs). Enroute we will stop at Reckong Peo the district headquarters of Kinnaur district and will have a walking tour around the local market. You can also choose to have light lunch in a local restaurant in Reckong Peo where you can enjoy Indian or Tibetan food as per your choice.

Later we drive you to Kalpa (7 kms), where you will check in to a hotel overlooking the entire village with Kinner Kailash peak in the backdrops. After some rest we will take you for a walk through Kalpa and on a drive to the nearby Roghi village famous for its cliffs and Himalayan Mountain views. You will also visit the place which people used to call the Suicide Point Roghi Kalpa, surprisingly- which has been converted into a beautiful picture place with a sign saying I Love Kinnaur. These villages are covered with thick pine forests and are famous for apricots and apples. The finest view of the Mt. Kinner Kailash Mountain (6,000 metres) can be had from Kalpa. This is a spectacular sight early in the morning as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks with crimson and gold light. Overnight stay in Kalpa for 1 night at a hotel overlooking the beautiful Himalayan Mountains with the views of Mt. Kinner Kailash.

Today morning after breakfast continue your drive back to Shimla (223 kms/ 8 hrs) on the same route back via Tapri, Rampur, Narkanda, and Theog. Enroute you can visit Kufri. Arrive Shimla by late afternoon and check in to the hotel. Evening is free to walk around the mall road and the ridge of Shimla. Overnight in Shimla for 1 night.

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the shotel and we will drive you to Chandigarh airport/ railway station from where you will board your flight/ train back home.

Please Note: We can even drop you back at New Delhi or Ambala railway station which is connected to major cities in India. Even you can utilize your day for sightseeing in Shimla and can travel to New Delhi with a AC Luxury Volvo coach to New Delhi at Night or even day buses are also available.
